Letter from the Senior Minister

In today's society there are a number of reasons people do not have the time or desire to go to traditional brick and mortar churches. Many people must work to support themselves and their families, and those obligations interfere with regular attendance at a local church. There are others that may no longer agree with organized religion, and the teachings professed therein. Finally, there are those that may not be able to find a church that seems to be a good fit for them personally.

Christian Interfaith Ministries is a non-traditional, non-denominational church that utilizes modern technology and the Internet to spread and study the word of God in a convenient and readily accessible online environment. Within "The Pulpit" you will find coordinated weekly topics, daily devotionals and sermons that are geared toward spreading the message of Christ.  The weekly sermons set the flow for the given week. Daily devotionals are then provided for the incremental consumption of God's message as it relates to the weekly topic. Finally, to wrap up each week a sermon is available to offer comprehensive review of the topic material.

Now, you may ask what makes us different from other ministries or churches that are out there. For this we would defer to the following two scriptures:

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."  (Matthew 16:15) (NIV)

For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel - not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.  (1 Corinthians 1:17) (NIV)

With these passages in mind, we merely seek to spread the word, hope, charity and love of God.  It is our desire that you find your path to salvation. Our online church makes it possible to explore your personal path to eternal salvation without the need to attend a traditional brick and mortar church. However, we strongly advocate going with your convictions, and doing what you feel would best serve your personal needs.

May God Bless and Keep You,

Rev. Dr. D. T. Macemore, Ph.D.
